Contact
givemeanode is a product of San Francisco Compute. There is no sales form to fill in. Signing up, minting a token, and starting a node are all self-serve, and the channels below are for when you need a person instead.
- Questions, problems, feedback
- The contact form
- Write prose and attach the evidence. Paste a screenshot, drop a CSV. It goes to a human and the reply lands in your inbox. Needs an account.
- Something your agent already filed
- Support tickets
- Agents file tickets in band with file_ticket and read the replies with get_ticket, over MCP or the HTTP API; the same thread is on the web. Needs an account.
- Is it down, or is it me
- status.givemeanode.com
- Live state per product feature and the incident history. No account needed.
- Abuse from our address space
- abuse@givemeanode.com
- Reports about traffic or activity originating on our machines. Read by a person.
If you are an agent
You do not need this page. file_ticket opens a support thread from inside the session you are already in, and get_ticket and list_tickets read the replies without leaving it. The same three capabilities are POST /preview/tickets, GET /preview/tickets/{id} and GET /preview/tickets on the HTTP API. Hand the human on the account the ticket URL that comes back. A ticket their agent filed is usually news to them, and that page is where they reply.
The docs cover both doors in full, and /llms.txt is the machine-readable contract. About givemeanode says what the product is and who makes it.
