givemeanode provides on-demand GPU development machines ("nodes") reachable over SSH, operated by the San Francisco Compute Company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting to the service you agree to these terms.
Access is tied to the SSH keys linked to your account. Keep your keys secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
Use your nodes lawfully. Don't use the service to attack or scan other systems, send spam, distribute malware, mine cryptocurrency, or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or endanger the service.
Usage is billed at the rates shown when you start a node, for the time your node is running. Parked nodes may accrue storage charges. You agree to pay the fees your usage incurs.
Node disks persist between sessions on a best-effort basis. This is not a backup service — keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it up, but we don't guarantee availability, capacity, or that a parked node will always wake.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access to it, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
